<itunes:summary>The Lab is a community of young adults from across Newport who are seeking to follow Jesus together through lives of mission, service and sacrifice. We believe in a God who is on a mission to bring the world back together. We want to join him by living lives which are dedicated to loving and serving each other and the people around us. We know that doing this will often mean the sacrifice of our own wants and desires in order to put others first.

The Lab Podcast features the short 10-12 minute talks from our Sunday evening gathering.
